I provide statewide leadership for student data privacy, providing schools with high-speed access to the Internet (through E-rate and other state and federal discount programs), minimizing data reporting burden on local education agencies, improving quality/utility of data, helping local educational agencies apply for federal funding (e.g., Title I), etc.
