BIO
Rebecka Anderson is the Director of Technology Training and Support Services (TTSS) at the Napa County Office of Education (NCOE). She joined NCOE in 2007 and worked on multiple professional development projects at NCOE’s Research and Professional Development Center. In 2013 she became NCOE’s Educational Technology Manager, and in this role she provided a variety technology trainings to teachers. By 2016 her role evolved into the Director of TTSS at NCOE.

Prior to joining NCOE she was the director of the Distance Learning and Technology unit at the California Institute on Human Services where she and her team provided a wide range creative and tech support services to its projects including database, web design, and elearning solutions.

Rebecka holds a masters degree in adult education from the University of New Hampshire, is certified as a Leading Edge Administrator, certified Google Education Trainer, and certified GSuite Administrator.
