Luke Hibbard is the Director II for Digital Curriculum and Professional Development at the Stanislaus County Office of Education. After spending 10 years as a classroom teacher in Empire Union Schools, he transitioned to the county office where he has assisted with technology integration into classroom instruction as well as the 1:1 implementation into the alternative education setting. He has been a school site principal and currently oversees digital content and PD for SCOE's alternative education schools.  His passion is helping educators develop 21st century skills that ultimately produce students that are career and college ready.
