School Administration at any level can be extremely lonely. In most cases, you are the only person in your building with that role. We help to provide the environment for that to happen, but what about our learning? If we are leading learning organizations, we need to lead the learning in those organizations. This session helps you own the learning process for yourself and integrate it into your day so you don’t feel like it is one more thing to do. Tips and tricks to keep you on track and ensure that you are learning as the year goes on will help you feel more prepared to lead in your particular space.
